Amid concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus, we not only comply with the CDC and OSHA's standard universal precautions, we exceed those standards by employing additional practices such as: 1) Pre-screening all patients with infrared non-contact thermometers. 2) Only allowing patients in the building / maintaining social distancing. 3) Having all patients wash their hands for 20 seconds with soap and warm water. 4) Using CDC-approved disinfectants to eliminate viruses including COVID-19 as well as other infectious diseases. 5) All of our clinical staff member are wearing N95 masks at all times, along with personal protective equipment.
At Triad Oral Surgery, our patients' and staff's health and safety is always our number one priority.
Wisdom teeth are the last teeth to erupt within the mouth. When they align properly and gum tissue is healthy, wisdom teeth do not have to be removed. Unfortunately, this does not generally happen. The extraction of wisdom teeth is necessary when they are prevented from properly erupting within the mouth. They may grow sideways, partially emerge from the gum, and even remain trapped beneath the gum and bone. Learn more about wisdom teeth
